To Customize Desktop Icons:

Windows XP
- Click Start
- Ñlick Control Panel
- Ñlick Appearance and Themes, and under Pick a task, click Change the desktop background
- On the Desktop tab of the Display Properties dialog box, click Customize Desktop


Window Vista
- Open Personalization by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, ñlicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Personalization
- Click Change Desktop icons
